Readers may find this post awkward, but people from Indore or people who have ever visited Indore would definitely connect with me for the love of Poha. Pohay, Poha or Pohe is a classic Indian fast food consumed majorly as a breakfast item. It is also often served with an extremely spicy curry (Usal – Sprouted beans) or Sev. Pohe is made of flattened or beaten  processed rice, roasted with chilies, onions, mustard and cumin seeds and curry leaves (called Kadi-patta).
